DialExpert was founded in 2019 and put its first dedicated team on the phones in 2022. Today the floor runs 300 people across outbound sales, lead generation, support and regulated campaigns, and the model has not changed: we recruit, train and manage the team ourselves, and we are paid from the revenue it produces.

Paid on outcomes
No setup fee, no seat fee, nothing billed during ramp-up. We agree the number before launch and take a share of the revenue the team generates.
